The E.BODY franchise model is based on intense physical training with electrostimulation (EMS), combining an innovative vision for optimal health results.
Developed over the years with the experience of franchise partners, it offers a more efficient workout in less time.
The business model is built on close collaboration between the franchisor and franchisee, granting the use of the brand, know-how, and technology. The franchisee must adhere to brand standards, particularly regarding architectural and operational guidelines.
All equipment and materials must be sourced from approved suppliers. The franchisee is responsible for local advertising and participation in campaigns. The franchisor provides training and ongoing support, while the franchisee must regularly submit business reports.
The ideal E.BODY franchisee possesses an entrepreneurial spirit, business vision, and a results-oriented approach, and must have their own funds for initial investment and operational capital.
The franchisee is operationally involved in the business, or if acting as an investor, must hire a unit manager. Daily responsibilities include franchise administration, financial management, sales oversight, and leading and monitoring the team.
The franchisee must follow brand standards and actively work on client satisfaction, with support from the franchisor. Key qualities include managerial, financial, and leadership skills, along with an affinity for franchised business operations.
The franchisor will provide the necessary training for the franchisee and their initial team of employees, which will consist of both theoretical and practical modules.
All training costs, including travel, accommodation, and meals, will be covered by the franchisee. The franchisor may organize additional training sessions and workshops for the continuous development of the franchisee and their employees, and the costs for these trainings will also be borne by the franchisee.
The franchisor will assign a field consultant for their unit, who will monitor and analyze business operations, providing necessary guidance. Remote support via phone and/or email will be provided for the day-to-day operations of the franchise unit.
