Papa John’s is looking for enthusiastic and ambitious individuals who are keen to operate multiple, Papa John’s outlets and who are keen to become part of Papa John’s success story.
Candidates typically have extensive restaurant/retail experience. Pizza business experience is a plus.
Access to a minimum of 1 million USD (or equivalent sum in EUR) is required.
To become a successful Papa John’s franchisee you need to be motivated, enthusiastic, hard-working and want to be part of a growing team. Exceptional interpersonal and people skills are essential, as you’ll be dealing with customers as well as leading your team on a daily basis. In addition to excellent written and spoken communication skills, you’ll have to be an organiser with a can-do attitude – someone who gets things done. You’ll have to be dedicated and passionate enough to adapt to a proven way of working. And you’ll need the ability to roll your sleeves up and be involved in the process, which means everything from making pizza through to managing staff!
The purchase of a Papa John’s franchise gives you the right to use the Papa John’s trademarks, its systems for preparing, marketing and selling food products, its information, specifications, know-how and other confidential and proprietary information.

Papa John’s offers 6 weeks of initial training at Papa John’s University at no additional cost to the franchisee. Continued education is provided through webinar training, regional summits and annual operators conferences.
Papa John’s also provides in store support for the first two unit openings.
